Job Description

HR Services Specialist opportunity in ANZ HR team in North Sydney. Initially, a 12 month cover - possible permanent opportunities after. Flex working.

The HR Services Specialist, or HR Operations Specialist, plays a key role in establishing and aligning key HR systems, processes, procedures and employment compliance across the local market. 

If you like to ask “WHY???” and want to be responsible for:

  • Our key HR IT systems (Success Factors) and processes
  • Develop meaningful reporting and metrics to support organisational decision making
  • Managing end-to-end employee contracts, change letters etc.
  • Lead our New Employee Induction and Onboarding Programs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous solid experience with Success Factors (or similar HRIS) system administration, permissions/access controls and front-end applications
  • Experience working with different HR IT systems and applications, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge status quo and come up with new solutions and ways of working
  • Ability to plan, organise and deliver upon multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and administration
  • Ideally have had experience in a global or FMCG environment, but not essential
