We are looking for a dynamic Student Assistant to our Nordic Premium Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong growth mindset and see great opportunity in the coffee category in retail and are excited about contributing to our marketing team.

The aim of the Student Assistant is to support the marketing team as a valuable team member driving individual projects and areas of responsibility along with ad hoc assignments.

It is important for us to give our student assistants a thorough introduction and understanding of our business to identify talent that can become ready to step up as future full-time colleagues after graduating from university or business school.  

As a student assistant you will work closely with multiple cross functional stakeholders across the Nordics making priorities happen. To be successful you need to have a can-do attitude, be able to prioritize your work, have strong project management and interpersonal skills enabling you to deliver as planed while inspiring others in the process creating winning partnerships.

Responsibilities

Depending on the strengths and interest of the candidate we will tailor specific responsibilities within the Nordic Marketing function, below examples of what responsibilities you can have:

  • Responsible for brand websites across Nordics (DK/SE/NO)
  • Managing social media content calendar across Nordics
  • Developing and delivering market research for “single serve” category
  • Evaluating activations and delivering recommendations identifying and sharing best practice
  • Support preparing annual marketing plans
  • Manging on- and off-line brand activation
  • Supporting the Single Serve Team with ad-hoc tasks e.g. sales conference presentations, PO’s, drafting of briefs etc

Qualifications

  • Studying a university degree relevant to media & marketing with a minimum of 2 years left before graduation
  • Fluency in a Nordic language along with English both oral and in writing
  • A passion for coffee and the retail channel
  • Analytical thinking
  • Positive growth mindset
  • Able to prioritize and take full ownership of responsibilities
  • Team player and enjoy working with others
  • Good at MS Office excel and PowerPoint

The expected working hours are 15 hours/week.
