Our HR BPs holds a key role in driving and building our culture, deliver on our people ambitions and does this in close collaboration with our Nordic HR Team. Your main stakeholders are our line managers across the Nordic Retail business, driving the HR agenda in cooperation with the functional directors of each business area.

You are a senior and experienced HR professional, and it would be beneficial if you hold at least 5-7 years of experience from FMCG or from a similar international business environment. You have worked closely together with line managers and managed all core HR signature processes. Your HR toolbox, project management and communication/presentation skills are comprehensive, and you hold a master’s degree from HR or a commercial area. For us, it is important that you have a can-do approach, no matter the size of the “mission” you are on.

You will join our fantastic Nordic HR team located in central Copenhagen where you will report directly to our Nordic HR Director.
