We are looking for a new superstar to join as our new Local Business Process Owner in Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional. You will be in a dedicated role to support transition to new ways of working in our internal system landscape. Your key activities are driving the adoption of our associates to the systems, coordinating the continuous development of the system based on identified fixes, improvements and new functionalities and break down complexity providing clarity and report to our Leadership team.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving continuous business improvements and transformation in our key systems and processes, to support our commercial agenda
  • Own local data quality and data management, with an analytic mindset on improvement areas and control of existing as well new mass data.
  • Collect country enhancements to refine User Experience and performance. Drive the agenda towards our central DevOps.
  • Collaborate with Global BPO and other Local BPOs to align prioritization of enhancements
  • Facilitate training Key Users on new functionalities and implement business projects.
  • Champion and Ambassador for the new ways of working and systems.
  • Ensures strong collaboration with stakeholders, Key users and leads the positive development.

Qualifications

For the role as Local Business Process Owner, we are looking for a profile with the following ideal experience and capabilities:

  • Technologically and data analytical savvy
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity in a changing landscape.
  • A high level of process orientation and process discipline.
  • Creative and problem solving with strong executional structure.
  • Extensive communications skills and personal drive.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
