Nordic Field Sales Analyst (Swedish or Danish speaking)

Job Description

The Nordic Field Sales Analysist provides structured reports (facts) toward the Field Sales Managers in to both Denmark, Sweden and Norway to track the existing business by showing GAP´s and improvements in our daily business against our overall KPI´s and goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building the C4C environment and driving the dialogue directly with Amsterdam HQ. Be the main point of contact.
  • Continuously seek to improve and develop the Perfect Store program, along with all other supporting functions in C4C. Be the lead in seeking out new ways to improve the planning and execution of the Nordic sales force visits structure and behaviour, within the system.
  • Responsible for the total data structure for the Field sales including data gathering, reporting, analysis and development for the total Field Sales team in Sweden and Denmark and Norway.
  • Responsible for breaking down the data gathered from SAP C4C system to workable and understandable trackers or GAP analysists for the individual Field Sales rep daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Maintain and develop all data in C4C
  • Responsible for delivering discount reports to Denmark, sales orders tracking for Denmark and Sweden.
  • Responsible for tracking bonus targets (Perfect Store, Sell-in, Sell-out via CatMan) and delivering these to FSM on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for maintaining CatMan data in Denmark and Sweden. Updating accounts, SKUs etc.
  • Responsible for creating the CRF template for Swedish stores, creating an up-to-date universe for the sales reps to navigate in, ensuring that all data entered in SAP is correct.
  • Support with several sales data, geo-mapping, visit frequency and much more on route planning optimization.
  • Also making sure that the AFSM and the FSM has coaching tools in forms of reports to drive, develop and control the Field Sales team against clear KPI´s and goals.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience working as assistant, preferably in a sales department.
  • Knowledge of retail business & FMCG preferably
  • Skilled at stakeholder management
  • Flair for understanding complex systems and the build-up
  • Knowledge of SAP, C4C, BIW, MS Office (Excel; Word, Powerpoint; Outlook).
  • Good merit knowledge about CatMan solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Danish/Swedish.
