Nordic Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

As part of the Nordic digital marketing team you will work in close cooperation with great colleagues in the Nordic category and digital team and as well as with our segment marketing teams in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
You will be responsible for developing innovative digital lead generation campaigns that engage and attract our audience through all digital channels.
In this position you will define and deliver the target number of online leads utilizing effective management of all online marketing activities.
You will own campaigns from beginning to end — from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Creation of impactful digital lead strategy and develop plan increasing leads and new customers.
  • Define the digital lead targets throughout the lead funnel by country
  • Own the creation and day-to-day operations of paid and owned media optimizing the lead funnel
  • Build and optimize ad campaigns, including keyword generation, bid management, budget management, track and analyse performance.
  • Optimize the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor KPIs and use analytic tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Manage reporting and dashboards for monitoring commercial impact and ROI
  • Debrief of internal stakeholders on campaigns, results and best practice cases
  • Collaborate closely with segment marketing teams and sales to deliver upon local growth drivers and customer segment strategies

  • Experience and proven results from managing and driving digital lead generation in a B2B market landscape
  • Passion and in-depth knowledge and experience of the digital landscape and online trends 
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Optimizely/EPiServer, marketing automation and/or Salesforce marketing cloud will be an advantage.
  • Takes ownership of given responsibilities and delivers.
  • Build winning partnerships and manages stakeholders effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing and “can do” attitude in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Fluency in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and English
