Nordic Field Sales Analyst

Being the Nordic Field Sales Analyst in JDE is all about providing structured reports and continue to provide the necessary data to our amazing Field Sales Managers in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Through the data we as a team are able to track the existing business by showing opportunities and improvements in our daily business. Together, we aim towards the target of reaching our overall KPI´s and goals. C4C is the system in which all Nordic sales reps register all visits and orders, why it’s key to understand the back-end setup, as well as the GUI as supporting this system is a key part of the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve and develop the Perfect Store program, along with other supporting functions in C4C. Be passionate to seek out new ways to improve the planning and execution of the Nordic sales force visits, structure and behaviour.
  • Analysing the C4C data to workable and understandable trackers for several internal stakeholders.  
  • Tracking bonus targets (Perfect Store, Sell-in, Sell-out via CatMan) and delivering these to FSM weekly.
  • Most importantly, drive and develop the Field Sales team against clear KPI´s and goals, by providing those reports needed to make that necessary difference!

Qualifications

  • Skilled at stakeholder management
  • Preferably knowledge of retail business & FMCG
  • Flair for understanding systems and the build-up of these
  • Experienced user in Excel, able to arrange complex data into relevant insight
  • Strong presentation skills through Powerpoint
  • Preferably knowledge about CatMan solutions
  • Fluent in English and Danish/Swedish
