Key Account Specialist

Job Description

As Key Account Specialist you are supporting the achievement of the company’s sales on client-level.  You are responsible for the commercial back office for a specific customer/group and you work closely with your KAM colleagues in preparing volume forecasts, planning, overviews of listing of assortment. You are a strong co-pilot in the preparation of commercial presentations.

Some of your key responsibilities that fuels the growth of the company’s business:

  • Support forecasting process
  • Support achievement of budget targets
  •  Implement the Company’s sales policy while always having the customer in mind
  • Drive selected projects within sales planning
  • Coordination with Key Account Managers on business activities.
  • Coordination with Marketing on NPDs , instore brand activities, etc.
  • Support sales execution of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion and Place)
  • Support sales execution with Field Sales

Qualifications

We are looking for a strong profile to enter our fantastic, diverse and experienced Sales Team. In this role you will become very visible within the organization and you will take lead and challenge current ways for the better. You are structured, self-starter, have a high level of drive and are mastering complex tasks - and you drive simplicity in ways of working. You are a positive spirit, like the rest of the Retail team and you hold:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Danish retail and/or FMCG - or have a large interest in a career in our industry
  • Efficient working capability and competency in Excel
  • Structured approach to creating and maintaining data files
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working with SAP is an advantage
  • Experience in working with sales forecasting software is an advantage
