Job Description

To start with, the position of Global Cross-Sell Category Specialist sits comfortably in the Global Customer Solutions team of our Away From Home division called “Coffee Solutions”. This role oversees the so called Cross-Sell categories, which are all categories beside coffee like cocoa, milk & milk creamer, porcelain, paper cups. These categories are critical to our customers as we offer a full experience.

As a Global Cross-Sell Category Manager you will be asked to develop our cross sell category and drive the business in 8 coffee solutions countries For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

  • Develop and execute global x-sell strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring a competitive and innovative product portfolio.
  • Develop the business by leveraging new and existing products and propositions
  • Project management and x-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with local customer solutions teams to localize and implement global x-sell initiatives, considering cultural nuances and market-specific dynamics.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Business Developer with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel it's important for you to have a very good level of strategic and analytical thinking  as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We can give you a list of “must haves,” however that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with B2B/B2C marketing and entrepreneurial spirit but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.
